To be clear, what I do is not therapy. Therapy often focuses on healing, past experiences, and clinical diagnoses.
While therapy involves the process of treating mental illnesses with the ultimate aim of helping someone return to a relatively healthy baseline, my work is for the outliers who strive to perform like the 0.1%.
My private coaching practice is primarily focused on performance psychology - optimizing the cognitive, executive, and behavioral capabilities of exceptionally driven individuals who constantly seek to redefine their standards.
This is coaching, not counseling. My work is about strategy, execution, and breakthroughs - not trauma processing or diagnosis.
My role is to serve as a strategic advisor and performance partner for individuals & organizations who are already high-functioning & are seeking to optimize their decision-making, leadership, and executive culture.
With all that being said, my coaching process is designed to be intensive, immersive, and solution oriented. For optimal results, the application process is designed to filter through & strategically partner myself with clients whose values, projects, and ambitions I align with.
Since I am only 1 person and my time is limited, this barrier-to-entry is designed to ensure I deliver exceptional results to each and every carefully selected client.

Each private client receives dedicated support (roughly 15 hours of Gino's time) each month; including process design, session time, and personalized feedback.

Rate: $500/hr
