Culture is the driving force behind extraordinary results.
However, it does not appear automatically.
Similar to a garden, culture is cultivated. Weeds must be removed and resources must be allocated strategically to ensure optimal collective performance.
Here at GPA Enterprises, we believe in people. Below are some of my personal beliefs that hopefully shed insight into how I think & operate on both a personal & professional level.
An organization's performance is determined by its people. Therefore, an organization's future is bottlenecked by its internal psychology.
Culture-driven leadership removes this constraint. The idea is to scale an organization by aggressively evolving the cognitive, executive, and behavioral capabilities of the leaders within them. Once the process is completed, an organization will have self-propelling growth.
Ultimately, we aim to create, build, and evolve OUTLIERS within each layer of the system. Most organizations rely on a top-down approach where a select few role players are responsible for driving growth, performance, and results.
By cultivating a high-performance culture, the organization can unlock the secret behind all iconic teams: discretionary effort.
Discretionary effort is defined as the level of work & commitment an employee gives beyond the minimum requirement to keep their job. Essentially, without an optimal culture most employees simply do the bare minimum required to not get fired.
Championship teams & iconic organizations understand the power of discretionary effort. Employees, team members, and leaders who align with the values, are bought into the mission, and receive professional development statistically tend to become star players for an organization.
Yet, average organizations revert to hiring more employees rather than optimizing the psychology of the ones they already have.
Great organizations invest into the physical wellness of their members because they understand it impacts their bottom line.
Iconic organizations aggressively invest into culture, leadership, and psychology because they understand that investing in the people who drive results leads to disproportional returns later down the line.
1 OUTLIER can make a difference. Imagine 100.
TL;DR: Believe in people.
To summarize, here are the objectives of our process:
The 360 Culture Diagnostic is bespoke, interview-based engagement designed to uncover how your leadership is experienced across key relationships. Through direct, confidential conversations with stakeholders - board members, direct reports, peers, and/or others in your inner circle - Gino will identify the patterns, perceptions, and blind spots that silently shape your influence.
The process is simple. Your selected stakeholders are identified collaboratively during our initial consultation. Each interview is conducted confidentially, with individual responses kept strictly anonymous. Upon completion, a full diagnostic report is prepared and presented to you. This engagement includes a one-hour executive review session to personally walk through the findings and insights.
Unlike mass-market assessments, this is not survey based, or algorithm driven. Every step is human, high-touch, and insight-rich. Each interview is conducted with discretion and analyzed through the lens of performance psychology and culture-driven leadership.
Through precise follow-up questions and strategic probing, Gino will uncover the nuances of how you operate across tactical, interpersonal, and executive dimensions. The outcome: a private, executive-grade report, typically 5-15 pages in length, synthesizing key leadership themes, reputational data, illustrative examples, and critical leverage points into a comprehensive leadership profile.
Delivered with clarity. Designed for impact.
The 360 Culture Diagnostic requires approximately one month to complete and serves as a comprehensive standalone resource for personal use. The final report will deliver actionable insights designed to be executed immediately.
